As designers, itâs common to spend time focusing on the âmainâ element. The character of our piece.
But what about the space we leave behind?
While checking on Richard Poulinâs book: The Language of Graphic Design, went back to the principle of Figure/Ground. On that interaction between the element we have at the front and the one we have at the back. Both forming that character.
